About Me

The story behind
the specialist

I am an Email Marketing and CRM Automation Specialist based in Lagos, Nigeria, available immediately for worldwide remote opportunities. My focus is building automated systems that work quietly in the background every day — recovering abandoned revenue, nurturing new subscribers, responding to leads before competitors do, and routing the right leads to the right people at the right time.

I built my skills the deliberate way: by going directly into Klaviyo's live environment and building a complete automation system from scratch, and by building a production-ready CRM and RevOps automation stack using Make.com, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Sheets. Not template walkthroughs or course exercises — real strategic decisions on flow architecture, conditional logic, webhook infrastructure, and multi-platform data synchronisation.

Marketing automation is not a career change for me — it is a return to where I started. I began my professional journey working at an email marketing startup, where I got my first real exposure to campaign strategy, subscriber lifecycle management, and the mechanics of automated communication. That experience planted a conviction I have never lost: that well-built automation is one of the highest-leverage things a business can invest in.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the startup closed — an outcome shared by thousands of small businesses in 2020. Rather than wait out an uncertain job market, I made a deliberate choice to be useful where I was most needed and stepped into healthcare as a Senior Healthcare Assistant. It was demanding, purposeful work — and it sharpened qualities that transfer directly into this field: precision under pressure, process discipline, and the understanding that a missed step is never just an inconvenience.

With the world stabilised, I returned to exactly where I had always intended to be. I invested deliberately in rebuilding and expanding my skills — going deeper into Klaviyo, HubSpot, Make.com, and the full modern CRM automation stack — and built a portfolio that reflects the level I am ready to operate at now. The detour through healthcare did not interrupt my story. It made it more complete.
