Built on two independent Make.com scenarios: a Lead Capture & Instant Response scenario firing 4 parallel branches simultaneously, and a dedicated Booking Handler scenario. Architected a Pipedream middleware layer to resolve a regional Cal.com/Make.com webhook incompatibility — a real-world production architecture decision.

Technical Deliverables
  • Configured HubSpot CRM to create or update contacts on every submission, prevent duplicates, map all lead source fields, set lifecycle stage automatically, and auto-create a sales rep follow-up task due within 24 hours
  • Sent a personalised Gmail reply to every lead within 60 seconds of form submission — first name merged in subject line, Cal.com booking link in body — connected via Google OAuth
  • Built Make.com Lead Capture scenario with a Router module firing 4 parallel branches simultaneously (HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets) and a separate Booking Handler scenario to keep the two workflows independent and maintainable
